  • How much is the Valley View HOA assessment and how is it billed?

    The 2025 Assessment is $375 per lot per quarter. Assessments are due and payable by the first day of January, April, July, and October. Late fees are assessed following a 15-day grace period per the association's Collection Policy. .

  • Who is the Trash Service Provider?

    The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash and Recycling pick-up days are Mondays.
