OUTDOOR WATERING SCHEDULE & GUIDLINES


Aspen Equestrian Owners are expected to follow the summer watering schedule below May 1 through September 30


  • Only water when needed. You may not need to water if rain is in the forecast.
  • Watering with sprinklers between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm is prohibited, as these are the hottest hours of the day and the pump needs time to rest.
  • The hours between 11 pm and 4 am are designated for watering common spaces and owner should be mindful of this. Pressure may be reduced during this time.
  • Owners are encouraged to only use irrigation water between the hours of 4 pm and 11 pm and 4 am and 10 am.

 

** Please make sure your Landscapers are aware of the outdoor watering schedule and are setting your irrigation clock accordingly.

  • How much are the Aspen Equestrian Estates HOA dues and where are they billed?

    The Aspen Equestrian Estates HOA dues operating assessment is $1,221.00 per quarter.


    Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

  • Who do I contact regarding utilities in Aspen Equestrian Estates?

    • Electricity is provided by Holy Cross Energy
    • Gas service is provided by Black Hills Energy
    • Sewer Service is provided by the Ranch at Roaring Fork. Quarterly assessments include sewer.
    • Trash and recycling services are provided by Mountain Waste. Quarterly assessments include trash. 
    • Water service is provided by Aspen Equestrian Estates and Blue Creek HOA. Quarterly assessments include water. 
  • How do I submit plans for Design Review?

    Please review and complete the Appendix A Form for Design Review and email it along with any supplemental documents to Sam Engen, Community Association Manager. 


    If applicable, all fees are due and payable prior to the DRC reviewing your project. Checks shall be made out to Aspen Equestrian HOA. 


    The DRC shall give prior approval for all exterior improvments. Improvements include but are not limited to:

    - Any grading, excavation and/or disturbance of vegetation 

    - Drainage improvements or alterations 

    - Road or driveway construction 

    - Walkway construction 

    - Utility construction or installation

    - New construction of a single-family detached home 

    - New construction of other structures and site features, such as fencing, greenhouses, gazebos, patios, decks, porches, balconies, retaining walls, landscaping, any type of enclosures (including dog runs), play /sports equipment, exterior lighting, columns, etc. 


  • How do I reserve the Clubhouse facilities for a private party?

    Only an Owner in good standing may reserve the AEE facilities for a private party. Owners must complete the AEE Clubhouse Agreement and send it to customer.service@integratedmtn.com with a damage deposit of $500.00. 


    Deposit and agreement MUST BE DELIVERED TO MANAGEMENT 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

  • Who is the Trash Provider Service

    The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up days are Thursday.
