Apple Glen Townhomes association

The Apple Glen Townhome dues assessment is paid monthly.

Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

• Electricity is provided by City of Glenwood
• Gas service is provided by Black Hills Energy
• Sewer Service is provided by the West Glenwood Springs Sanitation District.
• Trash and recycling services are provided by Mountain Waste and are included with assessments. Trash Pick-up Days are Monday and Friday. 
• Water service is provided by the City of Glenwood. 

Please review and complete the Architectural Improvement Application and email it along with your building plans to Sam Engen, Community Association Manager. 

The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up days are Monday and Friday.
