The 2023-2024 assessment is at a quarterly billing rate due and payable by the 1st. Late fees are assessed following a 20-day grace period. Please refer to the "2023 Assessment Rates" document for a beakdown of the assessment amount for each unit.
At this time, there is no Special Assessment; however, Special Assessments or other charges may be assessed from time to time by the Association in accordance with the governing documents.

The Trash Service provider is Waste Management Trash pick-up days are Monday. Recycling is Tuesday. Please set out your trash at 7a.m take it back in no later than 7p.m
