How much are the Benedict Commons HOA dues and where are they billed?

The 2025 Monthly Assessment is $471.23. Assessments are billed on 1st of each month and are due and payable on or before the 1st. Late fees will be assessed following a 30 day grace period.

There is also a Special Assessment of $900 per unit effective 1/1/2025 and due and payable by 12/1/2025.

Who is the Trash Provider Service?

The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up is Monday and Recycling is on Thursday.

Who can I call if I have a maintenance emergency?

Call 911 for a fire or other life-threatening emergency. For other maintenance issues such as water leaks, please call Integrated Mountain Management at (970) 945-7653.
