Brian Spalenka is a Colorado native who, after bouncing around a bit, has finally returned to the Western Slope. He grew up in Cedaredge and went to school at CSU and ASU, studying Accounting, Economics, and Archaeology (yes, really). After starting his career as a mutual fund accountant, he moved to corporate accounting and then landed his first position at Integrated Mountain Group as Senior Accountant and was quickly promoted to Controller.

Brian is happily married to Lucy with son Angel and daughter Eliana. The family also includes four furry children – dogs Hank and Zoe, and cats Kitty and Gigi. When he's not working or spending time with family, Brian enjoys skiing, off-roading in his jeep, traveling, and watching football (Packers fan). He's also an avid reader--particularly of books about history and archaeology.
