  • How much are the Cardiff Mesa HOA dues and where are they billed?

     Assessments are billed on 1st  of each month and are due and payable on or before the 1st. Late  fees will be assessed following a 30 day grace period.


    Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

  • Who is the Trash Service Provider?

    The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Recycling pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday.
