The Monthly Assessment for 2025 is $375.00 per unit, billed on 1st of each month and due and payable on or before the 1st. Late fees are assessed after 30 days to follow the Collection Policy.

The Trash Service provider is Waste Management. Trash and Recycling pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday.
