Dakota Meadows

For 2024, the Dakota Meadows HOA dues assessment is $450.00 per month. Operating assessments: $194.25 and reserve assessments: $255.75

Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

• Electricity is provided by Holy Cross Energy
• Gas service is provided by Black Hills Energy
• Trash and recycling services are provided by Mountain Waste. Monthly assessments include trash. 
• Water and sewer service is provided by Mid-Valley Metro District. 

Prior to commencement of work on any exterior unit, patio or yard, plans must be submitted and approved by the Architectural Review Committee to assure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CC&R's) for Dakota Meadows Subdivision. 

This includes, but is not limited to, construnction, alteration, landscaping, fencing, etc.

Please send plans to Sam Engen, Community Association Manager, who will forward them to the ARC for review. 

The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash and Recycling pick-up days are Thursday.
