For 2024, the Eagle's View HOA dues assessment is $75.00 per year for Single Family Homes and $25.00 per year for Duplex Homes, billed in January.
Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

Prior to commencement of work on any home or lot within Eagle's View, plans must be submitted and approved by the Design Review Committee to assure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CC&R's) for Eagle's View Subdivision.
This includes, but is not limited to, construnction, alteration, remodeling, exterior painting, or if changing any exterior colors, repainting, landscaping, fencing, additions, and demolition.
Please send plans to Sam Engen, Community Association Manager, who will forward them to the Board for review.
