  • How much are the assessments and where are they billed?

    The Quarterly Assessment is payable on 1st day of January, April, July, and October. Late  fees are assessed following a 10-day grace period.


    2023 Assessment: $210.00 per lot / qtr

    2024 Assessment: $390.00 per lot / qtr
