Kristine Leahy is a Colorado native whose parents moved the family to Aspen in the early ‘70s and bought a 9-unit ski lodge that remains the family owned operation. Kristine attended CSU and later moved to San Diego where she was the office manager of a beachfront real estate firm assisting 20+ agents. She learned all aspects of the real estate sales industry and eventually landed an escrow officer/closing position in Denver. This is when she met her husband, Todd Leahy, and they moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1993 and she continued to close real estate.

Her favorite pastimes include skiing, hiking and biking, thus her priority for living in the Roaring Fork valley. Glenwood Springs became their home and they raised their two children, Jamie and Travis. Kristine was active in kids’ activities and volunteering at sports functions and was also working from home as a bookkeeper for a 42-room hotel she and Todd built, owned and operated in Rifle, CO.

Now that the kids are grown, Kristine can focus her knowledge and experience on your real estate needs throughout the Roaring Fork valley.
