  • How much are the Midland Center HOA dues and where are they billed?

    For 2024, the monthly assessments are: $318.86 and reserve assesments: $ 154.96

    Assessments are billed on the 1st of each month and are due and payable on or before the 1st. Late fees will be assessed following a 30 day grace period.


    Assessments are based on percentages. Please contact the property manager for a breakdown of assessments per unit. 


    Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

  • Who is the Trash Service Provider?

    The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up days are Thursday.
