Prior to commencement of work on any home or lot within Mesa Ridge, plans must be submitted and approved by the Design Review Committee to assure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CC&R's) for Mesa View Estates Subdivision.
This includes, but is not limited to, construnction, alteration, remodeling, exterior painting, or if changing any exterior colors, repainting, landscaping, fencing, additions, and demolition.
Please send plans to Bob Johnson and Lindsay Rosenfeld, Community Association Managers, who will forward them to the Board for review.
