How much is the assessment and how is it paid?

Per the Declaration, units are classified by two unit types and assessed accordingly. The rates for 2024 are as follows:

$430 for units 1G, 2G, and 3G
$420 for all other units

Assessments are due and payable by the 1st of the month. Late fees are assessed following a 10-day grace period.

At this time, there is no Special Assessment.

Who is the Trash Service Provider?

The Trash Service provider is Mountian Waste & Recycling. Trash pick-up days are Monday and Thursday.
