Tell's meadow HOA

The Tells Meadow HOA dues assessment for 2024 is $151.94 per month. For operating assesstment: $ 129.71 and reserve: $22.23

Special assessments or other charges may be assessed or made from time to time by the Association in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents and are due and payable as provided by the Board in making such assessment.

• Electricity and Gas is provided by Xcel Energy
• Water, Sewer, and Trash Services are provided by the Town of Parachute.

Prior to commencement of work on any exterior unit, patio or yard, plans must be submitted and approved by the Board of Directors to assure compliance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ("CC&R's) for Tell's Meadow Subdivision. 

This includes, but is not limited to, construnction, alteration, landscaping, fencing, etc.
