Will Vannice has been a lifelong native of the Roaring Fork Valley for over 50 years. Starting his own business in 1989 based around Landscaping, Snow removal and all the intricacies of business management, growing the business to become one of the most successful companies in the valley. Growing up locally with his experience in areas of business, outfitting, commercial and residential construction, personal development, sales along with many developments he helped create and build from the ground up, he brings professionalism to a new level for Integrated.

His hobbies include anything on the adventurous side of what our local areas have to offer. He never sits still and is always creating more opportunities for others to inquire upon. He brings his knowledge to Integrated Mountain Properties to take on anything and everything within the industry. The only thing he overlooks are the mountains.
